The Holly And The Ivy Designer Christmas Card Packs

A stunning and original Christmas card design, featuring the Holly & The Ivy, available in multiple quantities with festive red envelopes.

Featuring my hand-drawn pen and ink illustration of a designer ampersand made from Holly and Ivy, this original Christmas card design puts a modern twist on a classic carol. Each A6 card is printed on eco-friendly, heavy weight uncoated card to give a soft luxury finish. In case you're worried that the Christmas spirit is too subtle, they come with luxury red envelopes, and the design is also spelled out on the back to make the reference clear.

I hand carve bamboo pens from bamboo that grows in the studio garden, and then use lots of different coloured inks to create my illustrations, although they can look like watercolour illustrations because of the way I build up the tones in washy layers. This one took around 4 hours, meticulously studying each leaf.
