Hello and thank you for visiting Joanna Emily. We are proud to offer beautifully designed jewellery, gifts and homeware which is all hand finished in our studio in Worthing.

We welcome you to discover our vast selection of unique products, from photo necklaces and cufflinks, to personalised travel mugs and notebooks. Our aim is to create keepsakes for your most important occasions, and to produce gifts that you would be proud to give.

We have a wide range of gifts to cater for all occasions, whether it be a birthday, anniversary, leaving gift or special treat for yourself!

Delivery

We offer FREE 1st class delivery on all UK orders, your order should arrive within 1-2 working days. The delivery details on the product page shows an estimated dispatch and delivery date from the time the purchase has been placed.

We also offer express and international delivery options.

Terms & conditions

Returns policy:

We are happy to accept returns on any non-personalised items which are in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund personalised products as we are unable to reuse them. The exceptions to this are our envelope products which we will refund minus £10 for the personalised wooden etching or £12 for a photo envelope insert, as long as returned to us in perfect condition and in original packaging.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty we will offer you the option of a repair/replacement or a full refund. In the case of a full refund we will only offer this once we have received the faulty item back. We will refund returns postage on faulty items up to the value of 1st class signed for. Please note that we are not able to refund the postage value for items sent to us via Special Delivery post.

Please note: If we feel that your purchase is not faulty but has instead been poorly cared for we may ask you to cover the repair costs.
