    Product description

Festive red and duck egg blue wool cushion featuring hand stitched deer, flower and heart motifs.

Reminiscent of a vintage 60’s Christmas card, this lovely cushion is exquisitely appliquéd and hand embroidered with charming jumping deer and Alpine flora, bordered with jolly red scallops. The stitch detail on the cushion is quite beautiful with the deer blanket stitched in antique gold thread and the lovely flowers with chain stitch, blanket stitch and French knots.

This cushion is a work of art that will be treasured and displayed year after year at Christmas time. It is destined to become an heirloom of the future to be passed down to the next generation, just as our very talented artisans pass down their skills through generations.
