Solid Gold Ring 'She Flies With Her Own Wings'

This beautiful ring has been cast from a hand carved original design, in the mediaeval minuscule script and features the Latin inscription Alis Volat Propriis which translates as 'she flies with her own wings'.

Posy rings derive their name from the word “posy” or “poesy” – a derivative of poetry meaning short rhyme.
