Birth Flower Pottery Plant Pot Gift Handmade Planter

The plant pot is completed with a ceramic decorative hanging tag, where the birth flowers are stamped into the clay. There are 12 flower options, one for each month. The pottery tag is threaded with a thin copper wire and attached to the planter.

The pots are desing not just for the gifting flower month but to make a nice special gift for a new home, thank you or anniversary present, and it happens to be the flower of the recipient's birth month.

All the planters I hand throw on the pottery wheel are made from stoneware clay. A curved edge is added, followed by modest decoration with stamps. Once biscuit fired, the pots are glazed inside for durability and finished with colourful glazes on the outside.

Each planter is unique, no two pieces are exactly the same.
