** How to upload image **

The process is simple, either scan your message or use a camera / smartphone to create a jpg image.

Place your order filling in the options for keyring colour, we will then contact you immediately by email to upload your image.

Your order comes in a velvet pouch or at a small extra cost we can supply a gift box, we can add a gift card for your special message.

We can also send send directly to your gift recipient, this service is available at checkout.

Our free standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.

We personalise our pieces to create bespoke items especially for you, we are always happy to try and help if something is unsuitable but we regret we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items.
