ProQ Cold Smoke Generator - delivers 10 hours of cooled smoke without the heat from just one fill of 100g of fine wood dust. Light from an outer edge with a tealight (supplied) and once the wood begins to smoulder, remove the tealight and place the generator in your smoking compartment. You're ready to smoke. The wood smoulders very slowly and very gently producing a subtle, mellow smoke flavour. Used to help extend the shelf life of foods in times before the fridge, we now use aromatic wood smoke to add delicious flavours. Cheeses, nuts, garlic, salt, chillis or fruit can be smoked once brought to room temperature. Meats and fish should be cured using a salt, sugar and spice mix to help remove excess moisture before smoking. The variations are endless!

Hot Smoked Wood Dust - 3 packs of fine dust in oak, a robust flavour for meats, maple, a medium flavour for fish and vegetables and beech a lighter flavour for salts and delicate food flavours. Packaged in recyclable cellophane in weights of approximately 200g each, giving you 60 hours of smoking time altogether.
