We've included robust rich wood products to team with your brisket: Hickory chunks from the USA for the classic Texan bbq taste and Whisky Oak chips from Germany for a strong punch smoke flavour. Mix the two for a more complex smoke. All our wood products are 100% pure, sourced from sustainable, managed resources and produced specifically for use with food.

Our trio of rub, sauce and marinade, all by Angus & Oink, have been selected for their Deep South flavour for use with red meats, though can be used with other bbq recipes.

The General: A Texan bbq style seasoning & rub with a blend of spices, chillis, salt & sugar. Shelf Life 2 years. Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Dried Chilli, Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Dried Garlic, Fennel, Seeds, Coriander Powder, Herbs, Dried Oregano. No artificial flavourings or colourings, no anti-caking agents or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. May contain trace nuts.

PitBoss BBQ Sauce. A thick, spice packed sauce for smothering over brisket burnt ends. Ideal as a glaze or try with ribs, pork shoulder or chicken wings. Shelf life 14 months. Ingredients: Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Peppers, Malt Vinegar, Cider (>5%), Treacle, Sugar, Tomato Ketchup, Guava, Paprika, Mustard Powder, Thyme, Allspice, Cumin, Coriander, Honey, Worcester Seasoning. No artificial ingredients or E numbers. Allergens: Celery, Barley, Mustard.

OMG BBQ Beef Meat Injection. A dry mix of ingredients which is mixed with water to create a liquid marinade. Designed to retain moisture, add and enhance meat flavours, plays a key role in the tenderising of tough meat cuts like brisket. Ingredients; Cornflour, Maltodextrin, Salt, Stabilisers, (Diphospates E450), Flavour Enhancer E621, Rice Flour, Natural Flavourings, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya), Herb Extracts.
