The kit includes a stainless steel smoker box, three different wood smoking chips in oak, beech and cherry and our 24 page Hot Smoked recipe booklet for hot smoking inspiration. Fill the smoker box with wood chips and then placed directly on your barbecue heat source to set the wood smouldering, creating aromatic wood smoke flavours which will infuse your food. This is an ideal introduction to the great taste sensations of hot smoking without investing in dedicated smoking equipment.
Variations
The kit is best suited for use on a covered barbecue so that the smoke flavours are captured for longer. The 24 page recipe book provided also provides useful information on hot - and cold - smoking, using wood smoke flavour and tips and techniques.
The kit is supplied in a kraft gift box with printed sleeve.

The smoker box is made of solid stainless steel. All our wood chips are totally natural and untreated woods, from sustainable FSC approved sources. The wood chips are packed by weight (250g) in recyclable clear cellophane bags.
