Delivery

We aim to deliver our items for the estimated delivery date but can sometimes run over the allotted time due to unforeseen circumstances. Although it is rare it can happen.

We also cannot remake items that are spelt wrong for free as this is down to the customer to make sure the spelling is correct beforehand.

We use two forms of shipping for your items. Royal Mail on a first class service. This is for all items under 1KG

Any items over 1KG or express will be shipped using a next day tracked DPD service.

Terms and Conditions

almost all of our items are personalised meaning they are made to order. Once the item has been engraved theres a very low chance we can amend the item to be reused. With this in mind refunds can only be granted once we receive the item back to ensure the faults are our own.

If spelling is wrong we are not held liable as we only copy and paste what the customer types when placing the order. If we are unsure we will double check with the customer but can cause a delay with item being engraved and therefore delay delivery times.
