We carefully draw the illustrations by hand, and are always adding new breeds and colourings. So if you can't find an illustration that matches your dog, please message us as we may be able to add it.

**Delivery** Your order will be dispatched to arrive on or before your estimated delivery date, we use Royal Mail, and items usually arrive promptly after dispatch. If you require your order urgently or for a specific date please get in touch via an order enquiry after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you choose the option "Draw my Dog" Please send photos. This will add a couple of days onto dispatch time.We will send you a proof of your illustration for you to approve before proceeding with your order.

When you have placed your order there is the option to upload your images there and then, after the confirmation page. You can also email your photos to [email protected] or you can log into your account, click on the order and select "send enquiry"
