Nana's House Handmade Mosaic Hanging Heart

A beautuful handmade mosaic, given as a gift this slate heart makes the perfect keepsake for a special Nana.

Each mosaic is made to order, if you have a preference for the colours of the flowers please ask me and i will do my very best to accommodate you request. Perhaps we can match the colours to your Nana's favourites.

This plaque looks lovely displayed and comes with a hanging loop ready to go straight out onot display.

As the mosaic is handmad by me to order i am happy to accommodate requests to change the wording, if you would prefer Nan or Granny this is not problem at all. Also you may prefer to create a mosaic that could be displayed in the kitchen and we could change the wording to 'Nana's Kitchen' or if you would prefer 'Nana's Garden' again this can easily be done upon request.
