About
We’re a small family-owned brewery with big plans to make our beer genuinely local and our brewing more sustainable.
Having opened our doors on Manor Farm in 1992, we feel part of the landscape in Tongham. But that doesn’t stop us thinking differently.
That’s because we believe beer is best brewed locally. It's better for our consumers, the local community and the environment.
Great beer comes from a combination of passion, expertise and the best ingredients. In 2014 we decided to grow our own hops - we nurture, harvest, dry and pack three varieties different hop varieties here on the farm.
All the spent grain from the brewing process is fed to local farm animals. We've just installed 120 solar panels on the roof!
Our gift pack cardboard box is made from 100% recyclable material and is FSC certified. We've saved 20,00 single use plastic bottled by selling glass reusable flagons in the Brewery Shop and where possible, our Brewery Tap sources its food and drink from a 30-mile radius.
Multi-Award Winning Brewery based in Tongham, Surrey
We brew our beers at the Brewery in Surrey with our award-winning home-grown hops.
Traditional favourites like our Tongham Traditional English Ale or TEA for short, affectionately named after the village of Tongham we call home, and Surrey Nirvana may be at the heart of our range, but Hogstar Lager, Hog IPA, and Aromas over Tongham bring a more contemporary note. Little Swine Alcohol Free Pale Ale is one of the latest additions to our range and has won multiple awards. Hazy Hog Cider is made for us by fellow-family owned business, Thatchers, in Somerset.
