At Fabal, we know our grains to our grist and in seeking to create the ultimate, artisanal, English Lager we use an innovative blend of pressed and malted barleys for a delicate balance of malt sweetness and malt dryness.

Our classic English lager is about luxury that doesn’t cost the earth and embedded in the fabric of everything we do, is the traditional makers’ ethos of ‘do it once and do it well’.

That means that while we will never scrimp on the quality of our ingredients, we respect our environment and through recycling, repurposing and mindful sourcing, we produce our beers sustainably. Fabal is created in it’s totality from only English ingredients and suppliers, including Archer hops from Worcestershire, malted barley from the Warminster Malt Loft and pressed barley and glass from Yorkshire.

Soft and fruity nose, hints of apple blossom

Clean and refreshing, with a balance of sweetness from the malted barley and dryness from the pressed grain
