Hello Wellness

My name is Zoe and I created Hello Wellness. A healthy living brand that celebrates little wins as well as big milestones.

I design our range of organic cotton activewear myself based on slogans and sayings that help remind me of the joys of healthy living. I often take long walks with my dog Wilbur, searching for inspiration along the beautiful Suffolk and Norfolk coastlines. Wilbur and I spent last summer travelling round the UK in a cosy camper van, enjoying hot tea, yoga and sea air.

I started Hello Wellness because I realised that my healthy living journey could inspire others. Healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness and helped me come from a place of depression and sugar addiction to a place of wellness and I want to help other people do the same.

Later in the year, I will be launching several new designs in the range, as well as our 'wellness' subscription gift, making it easy to buy gifts for those who are passionate about healthy living, and aren't looking for chocolates or alcohol for Christmas, birthdays, Mother's Day or Easter.
