Whether he spends his weekends watching the match, proudly wears his team's colours or loves sharing his passion for football with the family, this unique handmade card is a thoughtful way to show him just how much he means to you.
Looking for a Father's Day card that is a little more special than the usual football greeting? This personalised football team shirts card features beautifully hand-folded origami football shirts, each created to represent a favourite team and personalised especially for the recipient.
Choose his favourite Premier League football team and create a card that celebrates his love of the beautiful game. You can select the number of shirts you would like, making it perfect for one child or several siblings who want to join together to give Dad a special card. Each shirt can be personalised with a name and age on the back, creating a lovely representation of his little team of football fans.
You can also add your own wording to the front of the card. Choose a traditional greeting such as “Happy Father's Day” or add a different message to suit the occasion. While this design makes a wonderful Father's Day card, it can also be personalised for birthdays, Christmas or any other occasion when you want to celebrate a football-loving dad.
If his favourite team is not included in the available selection of Premier League football shirts, please get in touch. I can create a shirt for another team on request, helping you make the card as personal as possible.
Choose your preferred football team shirt and the number of shirts you need. Enter the name and age to appear on the back of each shirt, along with your chosen caption for the front of the card.
The inside is left blank for your own handwritten message. Alternatively, if you would like the card sent directly to Dad, you can provide your personal message when ordering and I will print it inside for you.
