Firstly, we have chosen perfect flavours to complement the fresh and toasty notes to accompany the Gusbourne Blanc de Blanc. Northumberland Nettle is a smooth and creamy cheese, combined with the subtle and crisp flavour of real nettles. Don’t worry, it doesn’t sting! Next, there’s a Smoked Salmon & Dill Pâté and a hand made Spiced Beetroot & Apple Chutney. Enjoy these fresh flavours alongside Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sea Salt Crackers.
To finish, we have included Maple & Rosemary Cashews by Nutmad. These nuts are activated by soaking in salted water and then slowly dehydrated. Resulting in cashews that are creamier, sweeter and crunchier.
