Illustrator/mess-maker!
I am a freelance illustrator living in beautiful Shropshire. By day I work from my studio illustrating people's lovely homes, wedding venues and businesses, and by night I create illustrations for children's stories and picture books. In between hours I work at a lovely forest school teaching art. I am a very proud mum to three (fairly small but rapidly growing) children, and one sofa loving pooch!
I have a passion for painting and drawing, and I carry a sketchbook with me at all times (though this is often half-filled with my kid's scribbles!) just in case I get an opportunity to draw.
I take a lot of pride in the fact that there are no digital aspects to my illustrations. Each one is hand sketched and painted from scratch, making them totally unique and individual.
Commission me to create a bespoke and truly unique house, business or venue illustration. Working from photographs I will produce an illustration using a mix of watercolour, ink and pencil, which can be finished off using my trademark machine stitch.
Colourful, vibrant and full of character and detail; these illustrations make the perfect gift or business logo.
