Inspired by our travels and our encounters with traditional crafts people around the world, we saw an opportunity to support local handscraftmanship and provide great quality pieces to UK consumers at fair prices by working directly with the makers themselves.

By removing the middlemen, keeping the supply chain as lean as possible and working directly with our artisan partners we are able to offer the same quality of jewellery as high-end brands at a much more affordable price.

The jewellery sector has become saturated with so many options yet it has never been harder to find brands that reflect your style, personality and values. On the one hand you have lower priced, mass produced, trend-led jewellery that disappoints due to the poor quality, uninspiring design and short shelf life. On the other hand, you have luxury jewellery with huge mark ups (8-10 mark up costs are the industry norm amongst major retails brands) making them inaccessible to most.

Delivery

All our delivery is by Royal Mail and usually takes approximately 2-3 working days after our dispatch for mainland UK. Please note that Delivery dates are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed.

Please note however that at certain times of the year it may be necessary for us to have to extend our delivery times on some or all products. It is therefore extremely important for customers to refer to the date given as the "on or before" delivery date stated on the product page at the point of ordering. Items ordered within a longer lead time may be delivered earlier than the date given or up to the latest date specified at point of order.

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Royal Mail. You can also see your tracking number on your order details in your Noths account.

We will happily send directly to your gift recipient. At the checkout under "Gift Options" please select "Yes" on would you like to add a gift receipt. There are no values on a gift receipt. Should you also wish to include a small personal message, please fill in the gift message box and we will hand write a gift tag on your behalf.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered. - This can happen when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address. We would politely ask that you if you would please double check with all of your work colleagues within your company building before contacting us in case someone has already taken delivery for your item but not informed you.

If you need your order quickly, then we can send your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please select the Tracked Next Day Delivery option. This option will require a signature upon delivery.

We happily post internationally. Any potential import charges and taxes imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms and Conditions

We stand behind our products. Your jewellery is covered by a one-year warranty, subject to normal conditions of wear and tear. We will replace any piece that has suffered a break or tarnish due to manufacturing defects if you send it back to us within one year of receipt.
