Learn how to combine ingredients and flavours to create mouth-watering Thai dishes such as Yam Ma Maung, Tom Kha Gai and try your hand at mastering the art of making Spring Rolls.

During this two hour cookery class, not only will you learn how to create these dishes but you will enjoy sampling all of them too!

The Smart School of cookery was started in 2007 by business woman and cook Ann Hood. Ann hosts a pro celebrity cookery school across three locations with famous names such as Valentina Harris, Franck Pontais to mention a few.

Variations

LOCATION. Unit 7, Block D, Port East - Canary Wharf - London. Cookery classes are also available in Danbury, Essex and Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. Classes run on selected dates, week round but are subject to availability. The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old and there will be other people in the class on the day.
