Discover the skill of unlocking the complex flavours in Asian cookery at a guided cookery class.
This experience allows you to choose between four Asian cuisine classes. The classes included are: Bao & Craft Beer, Asian Masterclass, Vietnamese Cuisine and Malaysian masterclass.
The Bao and Craft Beer session will teach you how to create delicious homemade bao buns whilst sipping on a craft beer. How about creating Caramelised Pak choi with Broccoli & Almonds, then the Asian masterclass is for you. Alternatively discover Vietnamese cuisine with dishes such as Caramel Pork and Bun Cha with Nuoc Cham Sauce or take yourself on a journey through Malaysia with dishes such as Beef Rendang with perfect basmati rice.
LOCATION. Unit 7, Block D, Port East - Canary Wharf - London. Cookery classes also run in Danbury, Essex and Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. This two hour experience for one person, is available on selected dates, throughout the week, subject to availability. You need to be 18 years old to attend this class.
