At Phoenix Forge in South Wales, they will discover the time-honoured craft of knife making in a real working forge surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside. Guided by expert blacksmiths, they will begin with a short warm-up project before moving on to forge a fully functional knife from raw steel. They will learn how to heat, shape, grind, and polish their blade before crafting and fitting their own handle. Every moment is hands-on, immersive, and filled with the thrill of working with fire.
