Green Tulip was founded back in 2007 with the aim of bringing our customers products that are stylish and contemporary, and that have also been produced without exploiting people, animals or the environment.
We all know that it is important that we now live in a more sustainable way and all the products we sell are either made using sustainable materials or are designed to help us live more sustainably by reducing waste and reusing more. At the same time they are beautifully designed so we don't have to compromise our sense of style!
Green Tulip is a small family business based in the middle of Wiltshire, providing friendly and personal service. As you would expect we have tried and tested every product in the range (and have rather a lot of them dotted around our house!). We do everything we can to respect the environment in our day to day work and reuse as much packaging as we can.

In line with notonthehighstreet.com our standard delivery charge is £2.75 for all goods (except on very heavy items). For orders over £30 we are happy to offer free delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY – ITEMS ARE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS POST AND ARE USUALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 1-3 DAYS. THIS IS NOT A TRACKED SERVICE.
We do sometimes choose to send high value orders (approximately over £75) by DHL courier. If this is the case we will send you a tracking number when we dispatch your parcel.
If you have not received your delivery after a few days you could check with your local sorting office to see if the postman/lady tried to deliver while you were out. If this is the case, a red card should have been put through your door to advise you – or the parcel could have possibly have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place outside? You could also ask your regular Royal Mail postman/lady if he or she has seen it (if you can catch them!).
Royal Mail’s policy is that they only try to deliver once, and then it is up to the recipient to collect it from their local sorting office. Unfortunately we are unable to track any deliveries by First Class Post, so we cannot do anything to find out where it is.
We are also unable to raise any issue with Royal Mail until 15 working days after a parcel was sent so we will need to wait until then before they will consider it as a 'lost delivery'.
TRACKED EXPRESS DELIVERY – ITEMS ARE SENT BY DHL COURIER USING THEIR NEXT DAY SERVICE. ORDERS RECEIVED BY 11AM ARE SENT OUT THE SAME DAY.
Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday only and a signature will be required on receipt. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday; and that orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on a Monday for delivery on a Tuesday.
NB: If you would like your order to be left in a safe place if you are not in, you will need to leave a note for the driver clearly showing your name, the date, the tracking reference and your signature. If you do choose to use this method it would be at your own risk.
(We use a signed for, next day courier for this service and though 99% of deliveries arrive the next day we cannot absolutely guarantee this as the delivery service is out of our control.)
