Engraved Hanging Oak Sign Post

This sign arrives in two pieces: the post and the plaque. First, install the post in its chosen position. Then, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove one screw from each of the saddles on the wooden plaque. Next, simply thread the stainless steel eyelets through the saddles on the post. Tighten the screws, stand back, and enjoy your new wooden hanging sign!

To extend the lifespan of your signage, a 70cm ground spike is ideal. This spike sits flush with the ground, raising the post approximately 30cm above ground level. By keeping the oak post out of direct contact with the soil, it minimizes moisture absorption, which helps to prevent rot and decay. This setup not only enhances durability but also adds extra height to your signage for improved visibility.

All of our products are designed and made by hand in our Devon workshop, located just outside of Salcombe. We look to embed sustainability in everything that we do, with products made and sourced locally, and wood cut at a local sawmill on Dartmoor from sustainable trees on National Trust estates. The products are packaged in recycled cardboard and sent straight from our workshop.
