We hand batch our spirits, blending distilled and cask-aged rums with spices, including saffron hand-picked right here in the Strathmore valley.

The end result’s something rather special — a premium, full-strength, sweet sipping rum. With base notes of saffron, orange and mixed spice, it's perfect on ice or in a cocktail.

HOMEGROWN & SIMPLE - OUR AWARD WINNING BOTHY IS NESTLED IN THE ANGUS GLENS OF SCOTLAND, WHERE WE CREATE OUR PREMIUM GINS. Inspired by bothies of the past, we favour the old fashioned approach. We infuse our spirits with local seasonal fruits and botanicals in extremely small batches, working through the process by hand at each step.

Rum Bothy distilled spirit, our special spice mix ingredients create this 40% ABV rum.

It never lasts long, but best sipped within three months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
