Our Scottish Gin is infused with the finest botanicals including Loch Arkaig Scots pine needles, heather, milk thistle, hawthorn root and rosemary.
A savoury gin best served with tonic, ice and a thick slice of orange. Simple, Scottish and refreshing.
At the end of 2016, in line with our natural and rural origins and beliefs we proudly began to collaborate with the Woodland Trust by donating £1 from every bottle of Bothy Original sold to the preservation and restoration of Loch Arkaig Caledonian Pine Forest - the source of our natural botanical Scots Pine.
"Gin Bothy Original speaks with a William Wallace-esque accent. It smells undoubtedly juniper driven, but the heather and milk thistle of its home comes on strong, shouting "see ya pal" at full volume. The pine needles and juniper conspire wonderfully to create an altogether forest fresh feel, while the orange and lemon is as fresh as though it were squeezed into the bottle just this second."
