GillmoreSPACE is a UK design and manufacturing company which specialises in unique, modern, contemporary, designer furniture for mid and high end residential interiors. We are a small family business and design all our products in house.

The company was established in 2001 and our primary customer base has been interior design practices who furnish show homes and rental properties for developers and landlords. However, we feel our designs should be more accessible to the general consumer and we are proud to be offering our furniture collections here.
All deliveries made by third party carriers are 'kerbside' - This means that the goods are dropped off at street level and it will be your responsibility to move them from the pavement into the final place of installation. Please ensure that you are home on the designated day of delivery and that you have sufficient help to move the furniture into your house/apartment.
Please ensure that you have given us a valid daytime telephone number and email address for use by the delivery service.
For orders for mirrors or containing mirrors, you must ensure that the consignment is checked before the driver departs, and if there is any doubt as to the condition of the contents, please sign as ‘Damaged’.
Damage - It is imperative that goods are inspected for obvious signs of transit damage before signing any delivery receipt. Goods with signs of mishandling must be signed 'damaged' alongside your signature on the delivery receipt. If in doubt sign your delivery receipt 'damaged'. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that a claim for transit damage can be filed with the carrier and a replacement unit can be dispatched.
Shortages - Please inspect the carton numbers and contents of your order as soon as possible. Be careful not to throw away any packaging until you are absolutely certain that all the parts are delivered and in good condition. If you are missing any cartons / parts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns - due to change of mind
We are very confident you will be fully satisfied with your purchase however should you feel it to be inappropriate your order can be returned subject to the following important terms:
The goods are returned unused and in perfect condition
The goods are fully re-packaged and sealed in the original packaging and format

Returns - due to manufacturing fault
We are proud to offer a 12 month guarantee on all our furniture products on the condition that it is cared for and used appropriately. In the unlikely event that workmanship or material faults do develop during the warranty period please contact our sales office by email supporting your claim with digital photographs. We will repair the item free of charge during this period, or replace it if necessary.
