Measuring 46cm tall from feet to ear tips, this Easter bunny is knitted from a ball of chunky yarn with Dk yarn for her clothing. This knitting pattern is suitable for knitters who can cast on and off, work in knit stitch and purl stitch, and work simple increasing/decreasing stitches. The bunny and clothes are all knitted flat so no knitting in the round is needed, and the illustrated instructions take you through the knitting and making up step-by-step.

To knit a bunny you will need: a ball of chunky yarn, some double knitting yarn (suggestuions included in pattern but you can use whichever yarns you like), straight knitting needles in sizes 4mm and 4.5mm, darning needle, stuffing and a length of black DK yarn for the nose. You'll also need 9mm black toy safety eyes OR you can embroider the eyes (suggested for younger children).
