Bringing the joy of colour and pattern to your style and home with my original printed accessories and homewares.
My name is Kerri and I am the founder of Francis + Louise, an East London based accessories, gifts and homeware brand. Born out of an obsession with print, colour and pattern and their unique ability to express a mood or feeling.
I create unique accessories and gifts from my original artwork that is digitally printed using eco-friendly inks on 100% natural and recycled fabrics, all designed in my east London studio
I make scarves, headbands, scrunchies, lavender eye pillows perfect for yoga and meditation, cushions, mens accessories and other beautifully crafted products.
My passion for print and colour is at the forefront of my collections, with each piece playfully imagined with a sophisticated edge. I want Francis + Louise pieces evoke the excitement of rummaging through a vintage shop and catching a glimpse of something for its colour or pattern, and the potential it has for your wardrobe. I sources high quality wool, cotton and silks and design every product considering the way it feels and functions on the body.
Original accessories, gifts and homeware with colour and creativity at their core. That last the test of time for their design, craftsmanship and quality.
Key values for F+L are to be timeless not held to season trends, a staple that brings you happiness every time you wear / see it. Pieces that last the test of time for their craftsmanship and quality. Hand made with creativity and colour at its core.
Sustainability is also key, so I produce in small batches making everything by myself or using highly trained artisans. I only print what I need and use every last piece of fabric for all my products. Creating very little or no waste and using recyclable packaging where possible.
I am trained as a printed textile designer and has been working in the fashion industry for over 15 years, working with brands across the world including Filippa K, Calvin Klein, H&M, Duchamp, BCBG Max Azria, DKNY and Anthropologie.
In March 2018, at 14 weeks pregnant, I launched Francis+Louise (F+L), named after my middle name and my Dad’s name.
