The tulle has a depth of 15cm and the 40cm width means the collar is adjustable to fit most neck sizes
Made from
Handmade from seven airy layers of pastel tulle.
It is bound with gold cotton binding that has been left raw past the tulle and easily ties with a bow.
White and Black collars are solid colour with self colour binding
Tulle - 100% Nylon
Binding - 100% Cotton
Gently handwash in warm water without softener, Air dry and pull layers apart to 'fluff up'
