Every football lovers dream. Capture your own personal and unique football journey
Father and son always loved watching and playing football together. Visited various grounds mainly in England but also Europe. A particular highlight being a Sunday night game, Milan vs Juventus at the San Siro.
Lockdown in 2020 gave both of us too much time to reminisce about matches and favourite stadiums. All fans have a unique football journey but how best to capture ours?
The idea for a football scratch off map was born capturing stadiums visited and teams seen. Buoyed with enthusiasm, how difficult could it be? With no commercial experience, product development knowledge or IT skills we had a steep and expensive learning curve. Perseverance finally paid off.
Fast forward 12 months, lockdown over and the map is finally complete. Each stadium image painstakingly hand drawn in detail.
With family roots north of the border we recently designed a version for the ‘Tartan Army’. Conquer the English 92 and then turn our attention to the Scottish 42. But that's another chapter!
