Flapjackery – delicious, chunky Devon flapjacks, handmade with only the very best ingredients in our award-winning Devon bakery!

Flapjackery was born from the passion of two cooks, Carol and Sally, who shared a love for flapjacks. Not finding one they truly loved, they set out to raise the game of this often-overlooked snack into a scrumptious treat. From their Devonshire kitchen on the edge of Dartmoor, they created a range of handmade chunky flapjacks packed with the finest ingredients.

Using British oats, locally sourced West Country butter and Fairtrade brown sugar, our flapjacks come in a variety of exciting flavours - from indulgent Millionaires and fruity Cherry Bakewell to zesty Chocolate Orange and refreshing Lemon Drizzle, and many more. With a dash of creativity, we've transformed the humble oat into a delicious indulgence that’s perfect for any occasion.
