Shatta is a traditional, naturally-fermented chilli condiment from Palestine. Shatta Jam, however, is not traditional at all! Best enjoyed with cheese (especially in a toastie), whisked into a salad dressing, or served alongside fried food.

Ingredients: Sugar, 'Shatta' Brine, Apple Cider Vinegar, Bell Pepper. Gelling agent: Pectin. No Allergens, but made in a premises that handles all common allergens. Once opened, keep in the fridge. This keeps the shatta tasting fresh for longer.
