91 to Crouch End.
A bus I used to frequent a lot when I lived north of the river. The endless row of eclectic independent shops, cafes, and bakeries provided ample inspiration for this colourful print.
A hive for creatives, about 40 percent of it's residents are employed in creative the industry. Bob Dylan used to be spotted in Crouch End, where he came to record at The Church Studios on Crouch Hill. Urban legend has it that he dined at Banner’s restaurant, where there is now a plaque commemorating his visit.
But nothing can beat the monolith like clock tower welcoming you to the Broadway! This striking structure at the centre of Crouch End Broadway was erected in memory of local politician Henry Reader Williams (1822-97). He worked tirelessly to preserve the character of Crouch End and saved Highgate Wood from development.
Strangely reminds me of the Tardis from this angle!
