My Dad uncovered a little oak tree sapling battling through the soil at the bottom of our garden when we moved there 23 years ago, he decided to leave it and I'm so happy he did because it's now a beautiful tree which has seen us grow while offering shade, a climbing frame, a meeting place for birds and a reminder that something seemingly tiny and delicate can become mighty and strong and will only continue to flourish!
