The Owner - ZiJun, has been working in fashion design for years, and decided to use his knowledge of design set up the EAZO brand. His experience allows him to immediately discover the essential elements in the making of his products - practicability, durability and aesthetics.

Return accepted within 28 days after an item delivered to customer.
We provide exchange for faulty goods withing 6 months of the deliver date.
We also provide free postage exchange within one months for any customers in the UK who wants to exchange their
un-used goods for a similar goods.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of United Kingdom may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
*If the customer refuses to pay the duty and taxes at the customs and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying all the shipping charges (outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from the customers refund. That amount is equal to the total item amount minus the shipping charge. For example: If the item was £70 and the shipping was £15 and the item was refused and returned, the refund will be £55).
*In case of goods being destroyed or lost due to customer refuses to pay custom and duty charge. The customer is liable for all the costs occur.
