Redefining condiments, naturally
As a doctor and a restauranteur, the sauces we found on the shelves just weren’t doing it for us.
So we set out to rectify this, soon realising that to make great tasting condiments we needed to cut out everything artificial.
Whilst we were at it we decided to remove all the refined sugar too - the only sugar in the sauce had to come from the fruits we were using.
We will never use high fructose corn syrup, sucrose (which comes from cane sugar and whether it's organic, or brown, it's still refined) or other sweeteners.
Before too long we had a great tasting range of sauces. We tested them on friends and family at Will’s wedding, and Josh trialled them in his restaurant. Luckily, everyone raved about them.
So that is how Dr Will’s was formed. A natural sauce company, determined to add a hearty dollop of flavour to plates all over the world.
