Heavenly Mother's Day Photo Garden Slate Wire Holder

This sweet slate marker is a touching way to remember a loved one each Mother's Day.

The slate is printed with your chosen photograph and name (for example Mum, Grandma or Mummy) alongside a sweet memorial poem written especially for Father's Day to create a treasured memorial keepsake to bring out each year.
