Making a little bit of magic.

Dollybird prints was established in 2008 by me - Sarah Broughton. I gained a first class honours degree in graphic design and illustration and then worked as a freelance illustrator for several years, as well as working as a visiting university lecturer in graphic design.

Dollybird prints was started as focus for my creativity after a career break looking after two daughters. Printmaking has been the result of this endeavour.

I have experimented with various printmaking methods but lino is usually involved somewhere as well as paper stencils.

The aim in all of my work is to produce a little bit of magic which lifts my day - and hopefully that of others too!
