Diamond Affair: from Ski Slopes to Global Boutique – Our Story
Diamond Affair began in 2011 when we met during a ski season in Andorra. What started as a winter adventure quickly turned into a life partnership—and a shared business dream. Back in the UK, we started selling a few products on eBay from home while working full-time jobs. In 2012, we joined Notonthehighstreet and began growing our small, family-run brand.
Driven by passion, we launched our own website to showcase our full range of curated gifts, jewellery and homeware. Orders grew, and so did we—eventually taking the leap to run Diamond Affair full-time.
Now based in beautiful Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire, we’re a family of four sending thoughtful, beautifully wrapped parcels worldwide. From replying to live chats in labour to revamping our website in 2025, every step reflects our love for what we do. At the heart of Diamond Affair is a simple goal: to offer high-quality, unique products that make gifting joyful and personal.
