- supply a colour photograph (square or landscape format). Uploading instructions are given below.

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO: After completing your order and receiving an order number, log in to your account by clicking on the 'sign in' link at the top of the web page. Then click on 'My Orders' to the left of the page, find your order and click on the 'Contact Seller' button linked to this order. You can send a message to us and attach your photo by clicking the 'Choose File' button at the bottom of the page. Your photograph should ideally be in a landscape or square format and of a good quality and file size (jpeg or pdf format). We will acknowledge receipt.

- provide your personalised text for the two lines immediately under 'Happy Mother's Day' (see example image shown for guidance and note the maximum number of characters for each line of text).

- choose from six different printed colour backgrounds - dark grey, dark blue, mint, tawny red, dark mauve and soft pink (see colour swatches shown). The text colours and font are standard as shown. Please note that printed colours can vary slightly from those viewed on screen.

- the plaque comes framed and with a mount as standard. The white wooden frame has a stand and a small hook should you wish to hang the item on the wall!
