Our Story
De Fraine Design London offers a range of prints, cards and gifts for all occasions
At De Fraine Design London we aim to capture in our designs the special moments in your life making them special and unique.
We create unique personalised hand lettered typographic prints, bespoke illustrations and unique personalised poems.
De Fraine Design London is a creative family team specialising in illustration and hand lettering. We are young designers comprising of a sister, brother and mother, Haidee, Ashton and Carolle De Fraine. Our mum is our role model and has always inspired, encouraged and believed in us and our creativity enabling us to share our creativity with you.
Haidee has a degree in Fashion Design and specialises in illustration and graphic design. Ashton specialises in Illustration and Graphic Design. Carolle our mum is a talented hand letterer and poet. Carolle hand letters every design to order making unique designs just for you.
Our products are all designed by us, by hand in our light, bright coastal studio.

Creative Family
We write all of our own original poems and hand letter all our designs to create truly original pieces of art. Carolle gets her inspiration to write her poems from her family.
Haidee & Ashton illustrate all our pieces of artwork.

Our Products
Delivery
Standard Delivery:
Prints and cards are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post which should arrive within 1-2 days from date of dispatch, please note this is not a guaranteed service and is an estimated delivery only.
Personalised and Bespoke Orders:
Some of our items are produced to order so delivery can take up to 3 - 7 business days to arrive and around 10 days for international delivery, however most items are posted within 24 hours of receipt of the order.Personalised products are non cancellable and non refundable.
Express Delivery:
For a guaranteed delivery service, we also offer a tracked Express Next Day Delivery option.
Returnable products are at the expense of the customer.
Our A4 prints are sent flat in stiff cardboard envelopes.
