Every child who loves space has a moment, usually around bedtime, when they announce that they are going to be an astronaut. They know the names of the planets, they have opinions about rockets and they are perfectly happy to be told that a holiday abroad is the closest thing they will get to a launch. This astronaut passport holder helps to make it feel like one.
It is made for children, with a space theme that suits young explorers, and it can be personalised with a name so it is clearly theirs. It is made to order from premium, soft touch felt, which keeps the passport safe from wear and tear and stops its cover from getting scratched on the way to the departure gate.
The case measures 110mm by 150mm and holds one passport. It is light and soft, easy for small hands to hold, and tough enough to put up with a child’s idea of looking after things. After the holiday it makes a rather good keepsake, something to keep in a drawer alongside the boarding passes and the shells.
We handcraft each holder in Suffolk, and we only make it once you have ordered it. The name belongs to your child alone.
It is a thoughtful present for a son, a daughter or any space-loving child about to take a first flight. It comes wrapped in tissue paper, in letterbox-friendly packaging, and gift wrapping is available.
