The black text is designed to look like it's been typed on an old-fashioned typewriter, so some of the letters are a little fainter in places and a little wonky; all adding to the vintage charm.
The front of the mug features a vintage illustration of two boxers in a bout and the title Boxing Fanatic. The back of the mug has lots of inspirational quotes about boxing including such lines as, 'A champion is someone who stands up when they can't.'
If you choose to buy a personalised mug please note we don't send a proof so please make sure the personalisation details provided with your order are correct. You can add a full name, just a first name, or even a funny nickname - it's up to you!
You can also choose to have your mug sent in a kraft brown cardboard gift box. The box has a removable paper wrap around it that says, 'A gift for you' so you don't have to do anything.
Designed and printed in, and packed and dispatched from, the Coulson Macleod studio in Northamptonshire. Please note we do not make the mug.
Fun fact:- The longest boxing match in history occurred in New Orleans in 1893 between Andy Bowen and Jack Burke. It lasted 111 rounds over more than 7 hours before ending in a no-contest because both fighters were too exhausted to continue.
