This kit comes with 1 of our well-known elastics. Each length has a hardened end that works a bit like a built-in needle: it’s stiff enough to push straight through the bead hole, so the beads go on without the elastic bending or fraying. The other end stops the beads sliding off, so nothing escapes across the table halfway through.
That means small fingers can do more of the threading themselves, & grown-ups get to do less of the fiddly bit. It’s a small detail, but it’s the difference between a bracelet that gets finished & one that ends up back in the tin.
