Our White Choc & Raspberry Cookie Sandwich is made with real,
recognisable ingredients.
The raspberry cookie is made from fortified plain wheat flour (calcium
carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), cake margarine (palm and rapeseed
vegetable oils, emulsifier E471, flavouring, and natural colourings
annatto bixin E160b(i) and curcumin E100), caster sugar, brown light
sugar (cane molasses, invert sugar syrup), golden syrup, white chocolate
chunks (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin E322,
and natural vanilla flavouring), cornflour, freeze-dried raspberry
pieces, vanilla flavouring (water, propylene glycol, plain caramel
colour, flavourings), gluten-free baking powder (sodium acid
pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch), salt, and egg.
The white chocolate buttercream is made from icing sugar (with anti-
caking agent E341), vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oils),
water, and white chocolate natural flavouring (natural flavouring,
flavouring preparations, propylene glycol E1520).
The raspberry fruit centre is made from water, strawberry fruit jam
(strawberry 38%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, pectin E440, citric
acid E330, locust bean gum E410, preservative E202), sugar, glucose-
fructose syrup, modified starch E1442, glycerine, lemon puree (sugar,
water, lemon 20%, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice 3%, pectin E440,
preservatives E202, sodium citrate E331), thickening agents (cellulose
E460, carboxymethylcellulose E466), natural colouring E163 (anthocyanin),
tartaric acid E334, raspberry flavouring, and preservative E202.
The white chocolate compound drizzle is made from sugar, fractionated
and hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder (milk), whole milk powder,
emulsifiers (E492, E472c, E322 sunflower lecithin), and flavouring.
Finished with berry sugar crunch sprinkles (sugar, natural flavouring,
colourings E100 curcumin, E120 carmine, E153 vegetable carbon, and
glazing agent beeswax).
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, and egg. Made in a kitchen
that also handles nuts and soya — cross-contamination cannot be
guaranteed. May contain: soya, hazelnut, almond, walnut, cashew, pecan,
brazil nut, pistachio, and macadamia.
Storage and care: Individually heat-sealed in a recyclable bag. Best
enjoyed within 14 days of dispatch. Suitable for home freezing — defrost
at room temperature for 1–2 hours before eating.
