Our White Choc & Pistachio Cookie Sandwich is made with real, recognisable ingredients. The pistachio cookie (69%) is made from fortified plain wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), cake margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oils, emulsifier E471, flavouring, and natural colourings annatto bixin E160b(i) and curcumin E100), caster sugar, brown light sugar (cane molasses, invert sugar syrup), golden syrup, white chocolate chunks (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin E322, and natural vanilla flavouring), nibbed pistachio nuts, cornflour, gluten-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch), salt, pistachio natural flavouring (natural flavouring, triacetin E1518, propylene glycol E1520), food colourings (glycerol E422, canola oil, E102* tartrazine, E133 brilliant blue, emulsifiers E322 and E433), and egg. *E102 (Tartrazine) — advisory colour: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The white chocolate buttercream (23%) is made from icing sugar (with anti-caking agent E341), vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oils), water, and white chocolate natural flavouring (natural flavouring, flavouring preparations, propylene glycol E1520). The pistachio sauce centre (5%) is made from sugar, sunflower oil, whole milk powder, whey milk powder, white chocolate 2% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter), pistachio paste 1%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavourings, emulsifier E322 (soya lecithin), spirulina extract, and natural colouring E161b (lutein). The white chocolate compound drizzle (2%) is made from sugar, fractionated and hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder (milk), whole milk powder, emulsifiers (E492, E472c, E322 sunflower lecithin), and flavouring. Finished with extra nibbed pistachio on top (1%). Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk, egg, pistachio (nuts), and soya. Made in a kitchen that also handles other nuts — cross- contamination cannot be guaranteed. May contain: almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan, brazil nut, macadamia, and peanuts.
