Our Vegan Vanilla Funfetti Cookie Sandwich is made with plant-based ingredients — and those rainbow sprinkles? Coloured entirely from natural fruit and vegetable sources, with no shellac, no beeswax, and no artificial dyes. The vanilla funfetti cookie is made from fortified plain wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), cake margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oils, emulsifier E471, flavouring, and natural colourings annatto bixin E160b(i) and curcumin E100), light brown sugar (cane molasses), caster sugar, rainbow sprinkles (sugar, invert sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour, natural colourings from radish, blackcurrant, apple, safflower, lemon, and spirulina concentrate, and natural vanilla flavouring), soya drink (water, soya bean 8%, tricalcium phosphate, flavouring, stabiliser gellan gum, potassium iodide, vitamin B12, riboflavin, vitamin D2), golden syrup, cornflour, vanilla flavouring (water, propylene glycol, plain caramel colour, flavourings), gluten-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch), and salt. The vanilla vegan buttercream is made from icing sugar (with cornflour), vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oils), water, and vanilla flavouring. Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and soya. Vegan recipe — made in a kitchen that also handles dairy, eggs, and nuts; cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Storage and care: Individually heat-sealed in a recyclable bag.
