Vegan Oreo Cookie Sandwich – Cookies And Cream

Our VG Oreo Cookie Sandwich is fully plant-based — no dairy, no eggs. The vegan cocoa cookie is made with fortified plain wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dairy-free cake margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oil), light brown sugar (cane molasses), caster sugar, soya drink (water, soya bean 8%, tricalcium phosphate, stabiliser, vitamins B12 and D2), golden syrup, cornflour, baking powder, salt, crushed Oreo pieces (wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, rapeseed oil, fat-reduced cocoa powder 4.3%, wheat starch, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents, salt, soya lecithins, acidity regulator, and flavouring), and fat-reduced cocoa powder. The Oreo-style vegan buttercream is made with crushed Oreo pieces, icing sugar, vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oil), and water. Finished with a dark chocolate drizzle made with fractionated palm kernel fat, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers, and flavouring. Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and soya. Made in a kitchen that also handles dairy, eggs, and nuts — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Vegan recipe.
