Vegan Jammie Dodger Cookie Sandwich – Raspberry Jam

Our VG Jammie Dodger Cookie Sandwich is fully plant-based — no dairy, no eggs. The vegan vanilla cookie base is made with fortified plain wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dairy-free cake margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable oil), light brown sugar (cane molasses), caster sugar, soya drink (water, soya bean 8%, tricalcium phosphate, stabiliser, vitamins B12 and D2), golden syrup, cornflour, baking powder, and salt. The vanilla vegan buttercream is made with icing sugar, vegetable shortening (palm and rapeseed oil), water, and vanilla flavouring. The raspberry jam centre is a raspberry-flavoured fruit filling made with water, strawberry fruit jam (38%), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, glycerine, lemon purée, thickening agents, natural colour (anthocyanins), acidulant, flavouring, preservative, and salt. Topped with a mini Jammie Dodger biscuit (wheat flour, raspberry flavour apple jam 23% — contains apples (sulphites), sugar, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, raising agents, colour, flavouring, and salt). Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), soya, and sulphites. Made in a kitchen that also handles dairy, eggs, and nuts — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Vegan recipe.
